Steps to follow: Insurances
- Contact via WhatsApp or phone at +34 636577506 to check for available consultations.
- Enter your phone number and email, then accept the legal and privacy conditions.
- Click on Book appointment.
- You will be called on the day of the appointment.
- NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT
Once the date and time for the consultation have been agreed upon via WhatsApp (+34 636577506), you must request the appointment and accept the legal and data privacy terms. Subsequently, you should provide the following documents, preferably via WhatsApp (+34 636577506), though email is also accepted (pacientes@drtitorodriguezbouza.com):
- A photograph of the front of your ID (DNI/NIE/passport).
- A photograph of your insurance card. If you are with Adeslas, please send the consultation code.
On your insurance or mutual provider’s billing statement, this consultation will appear as “Clínica Norsalud SPL.” It will only be billed if the consultation actually takes place.
NOTE: If you have Adeslas, Nueva Mutua Sanitaria, or Seguros Atocha, you may be billed directly by Dr. Tito Rodríguez Bouza.
